Here at Tian Thai Massage & spa,
we understand circumstances can change, and we request our clients notify us at least 8 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the time slot to another Client in need.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 8 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of
£25 per hour of a booked appointment charged to your account.
Persistant No-shows will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
